Domestic Property
We offer both EPCs and Home Information Packs ( via our link with highly respected solicitors Williams Thompson LLP) to individuals and estate agents alike and number several prominent estate agencies amongst our regular clients. Our Home Information Packs feature only direct local authority and water company searches, and as such are more likely to be accepted by a buyer's solicitor. Landlords and agents offering property for rent need to provide an EPC to prospective tenants as early as possible in the letting process. See the Rental Properties page for details of our fast, efficient, low - cost service.
Commercial Property
From October 1st 2008, all commercial properties offered for sale or rental will also need an EPC. Whilst more complex than a domestic assessment, this process need not cost the earth, nor take so long as to hold up your deal. Please see the Commercial Property page for full details.
Display Energy Certificates
Again, from October 1st 2008, all public buildings over 1000sq metres will require a Display Energy Certificate. The accurate compilation of this document relies heavily on information provided by you, the client. Why not let us guide you through this process, and minimise the disruption to your schedule?
