Christchurch Home Inspections was formed in 2007 to provide quality Home Information Packs and Energy Performance Certificates to local property owners and their agents. Our principle, Mr Robin Martin, qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor in December 2007 and has built a reputation for reliability and professionalism in this new industry.
Since January 2008, we have been working in close cooperation with Williams Thompson LLP Solicitors of 4 Bridge Street, Christchurch to provide a quality solicitor-based service for everything from just the Energy Performance Certificate right through to a full conveyancing service. Thus we can offer specialist, experienced people to handle your case right from the word go through to completion. From November 2008 we have been able to offer Commercial Energy Assessments in addition to our Domestic practice, and welcome all enquiries for this service. The ability to offer Display Energy Certificates and Advisory Reports to public bodies completes the all encompassing nature of the service we can now offer.
